For this San Jose backyard landscaping project, we worked with Synlawn Golf. They make a synthetic lawn by the name of Synrye that is particularly well-suited for chipping. It was shipped in from Florida.
For the putting green, we worked with a turf from Synthetic Grass Warehouse. They have a wide range of applications for putting greens that differ in the amount of nylon used in their products. This is important because the more nylon, the faster the ball will roll. The turf we selected for the putting green in this project was carefully chosen to reduce the speed of the ball.
For this project, we also needed a larger chipping area to surround the putting green.
